Return Policy

Need to return an item? It's easy! Within 15 days after you received your order, you may return the shoes in new condition for any reason, for a full refund of your purchase price (shipping cost), We want you to be totally satisfied with your shoes.

To return an item, you must send a return request to return@increasingshoes.com which must including:

1. Your Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Name
4. Size
5. Please describe in detail why you would like to return your shoes

We will reply with information as to where to return the item and your pre-authorization number. We will NOT accept returned shoes that has not been previously approved.

Sorry, but we cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after invoice date.

* Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds will be credited to the charge account used for the purchase. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed. Please be aware that it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

We are quite proud of our sizing and minimal returns and exchanges. However, sometime it is necessary to exchange one size for another. If you need to exchange an item, here is the procedure:

Within 15 days of after you received your order, you may exchange any shoes in new condition that you purchased online from us for a different size of the same style.

To exchange an item, you must send a exchange request to exchange@increasingshoes.com which must including:

1. Your Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Name
4. New size you want

Return the pair of shoes in original packaging. Enclose the original invoice.

* Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and we will pay the reshipping charges

Upon receipt of your return, we will exchange sizes and return to you.
